we use Novocastra's aby (clone 66.4.C2) at 1:25 for 30min. RT, EnVision+ system, trypsin digestion.  be aware that this aby does not seem to be stable for a long period of time in the refrig.  you should aliquot and freeze it after reconstituting it.  we've found it to be a pesky aby to use (and i've heard the same from others).
