Hi Cathy,

I have experience with rodent heads (ears, nose and brain) and with the 
exception of some problems specific to nose and ear, there aren't any 
special measures as far as preparation for immuno staining.  It is my 
information that monoclonals are difficult to work with.  We have had no 
problems using polyclonals with either goat or donkey as secondary's.  
Goat works well but donkey seems to result in a cleaner signal(less 
background).
