Dear Judy,
don`t use mouse antibody on
mouse tissue if you can get polyclonal antibody.
I got a positive experience with
the polyclonal rabbit antibodies raised against
the mouse Ki-67 antigen or against BrdU (both from Dianova, Hamburg,
Germany) on the mouse tissue.
