Nancy,
I have had the Microm HM 560 Cryo-star for nearly two years now
and love it. I/we chose this after trying several others, all of which
were very good but the Microm had the edge with a few "extras"
that were important to the work we do, including, independent knife
and specimen temperature control, vacuum attachment for removal
and disinfection of debris and "stretching" sections, automatic
specimen advance, motorized height adjustment for comfort.
You are right to get it (and others) on demo. to ensure all users are
happy with the instrument.
Terry.
