Anyone out there working with rat trachea? I have fixed the tissue overnight in 10%NBF 
and will be processing it for paraffin sectioning. The slides will be processed for H&E staining and 
Immunohistochemistry. Any info for obtaining perfect paraffin sections would be appreciated.
