RE: enzyme cytochemistry
From: | "Monson, Frederick C." |
Just to add a note to Geoff's advice. The two enzymes are given treatment
in Vol 3 of the A.G.E. Pearse trilogy. The tome is referenced as follows:
Stoward, P.J. and Pearse, A.G.E., Histochemistry, Vol 3 Enzyme
Histochemistry (4th Ed.), Churchill Livingstone, NY, NY, 1991. ISBN:
0-443-02996-2. Apparently the book is still available, but it IS pricey.
$200+.
Regards
Fred Monson
