Please, once again I implore you to contact someone else that you know is on
histonet and see if they are getting any messages - do not post to histonet.
If histonet is down, it will not go through and if histonet is not down you
just clog up the site.  I had 110 messages this morning and a good number of
them were just wanting to know if histnet was down.  The best way to find out
is to contact someone else and see if they are getting the messages and you
are not.  If they are not getting the messages then you can assume histonet
is down and you will not clog up everyone else's mailbox.
