Alcian Yellow (CI 12840)

From:"Monson, Frederick C."

Perhaps someone can educate me about this. While lunching, I have
searched Alcian Yellow. I have found USA sources (i.e., dot com's) that
purport to carry Helicobacter kits, as well one Malasian company that
advertises up to 100g lots using the C.I. number of dry dye
[http://www.premierdiagnostics.com.my/dry_stains.htm].
If these are not accurate advertisements, then I understand, but if
they are reputable sources, then why is there such a problem? Some batches
don't work? Kits too expensive?

Here's what I found in two Google pages:

		http://www.newcomersupply.com/home.html
		http://www.scytek.com/
		http://www.premierdiagnostics.com.my/index.htm
		http://www.cytologix.com/home.html

There is something going on here that I simply don't understand. If
all of these are unsatisfactory, then I would have expected someone to have
made a comment about the number of "unsatisfactory" links found by a simple
web search.

Thanks and regards,

Fred Monson
