Survey results as follows:

0.1% BSA in PBS:            3
1% BSA in PBS:               4
   + tween or triton-X:        3
   + Azide                          2
Commercial                       8
PBS                                  1

So it seems the majority of us use commercial diluent, followed closely by BSA in PBS (of various concentrations - I find myself wondering if the dilution is important at all!)
