coverslipping question

From:Sarah LaBonte <slabonte@cvm.tamu.edu>

Has anyone seen an artifact from leaving stained sections in xylene substitute (aliphatic hydrocarbon type) overnight. I believe one is formed if sections are left too long in xylene, but wasn't sure about the substitute. Thanks, Sarah
