Dr. Montgomery,

How are you coming to your figures ---are you assuming that the other
preparations are made in-house?  I get the same figures if I calculate
them this way.  Since I somehow missed the original message on this
survey, i don't know if it was specified whether the BSA/PBS diluents
are in-house or commercially prepared. Aren't there commercial
preparations of PBS with BSA?  Couldn't these also be included is
commercial as well as in-house prep???  that would certainly change the
results, eh?  *g*
