Our facility has experimented with G.I Fixx, Glyo-fixx, NBF, Zinc formalin,
and after everything?

We went back to Hollandes, I believe that is the favorite of the vast
majority on this list. (No doubt we'll here if I'm wrong!)

We are also using Zinc Formalin in  place of B5, however, cases that the
Pathologists' request Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) will not
work.....we are using formalin as our standard fixative.

All of our tissues are fixed with Zinc Buffered Formalin.    We use no other
fixative.   The pathologists are happy with the results.
