RE: Fixation times for insituhybridization

What I don't understand is why does it go in the refridgerator? It will
eventually be on the processor at 60! Sarah I have the same thing happening
here. I was told to leave in the paraformaldehyde (4%) for two weeks at room
temp. by another tech. they then look beautiful!
