The University of Pennsylvania, Department of Dermatology is in need
of a PRACTICE LAB MANAGER for our  busy dermatopathology facility located in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania .

	Qualifications/Responsibilities:
	Seeking a highly motivated, mature Practice Manager with strong
operations &  histology / pathology experience and expertise in information
systems and network connectivity to join our management team.  

	The incumbent must be articulate and possess excellent
interpersonal, problem solving, decision making and communication skills.
This individual will be a strong team builder and possess in-depth
motivation skills with an understanding of the financial, accounting,
technical and reimbursement aspects.  The selected individual will be
responsible for the direct supervision of 10 histology technicians and 8
clerical FTE's in their timely and accurate production of a high volume of
dermatopathology slides and reports.  This team player will possess the
knowledge to provide technical & operational support involving installation
and upgrades to a high volume production database application.

	Qualified candidates will be proficient with MS Office.  Experience
with Novell & network technology required.   Current certification as a
Histotechnologist preferred.
