One more question regarding green counterstaining.  Which one is better,
Ethyl Green or Methyl Green?.  Are you able to distinguish nuclei of
negative cells vs. stroma?  We get a beautiful green counterstaining but
cannot differentiate morphology of the nuclei vs. background.  Any hints?
