Andi:

The procedure is in Sheehan and Hrapchak, page 265.  The method was proposed 
by Margolis and Pickett from Duke University along with several combined 
stains involving LFB.  It must be done on frozens of course and seems to work 
very well.  If you cannot find a copy of Sheehan and Hrapchak, let me know 
and I can type the procedure and send to you.
