Tetracycline Labeling of Bone
From: | George Spurr <gspurr@interchange.ubc.ca> |
Histoneters,
I am labeling bone in Vivo with Tetracycline, Calcein and Yylenol
Orange at different Time intervals. I process and cut the Undecalcified
bone in plastic.
My question is This:
Would the three labels dissapear in decalcified bone?
I know they label calcium (in vivo), but would the signal not still be
there if you removed the calcium later.
