I do Actin Smooth Muscle in 10% NBF paraffin embedded mouse tissues. I use
DAKO Clone 1A4 at 1:800.  No antigen retrieval is necessary.  I use Southern
Biotechnology's biotinylated goat anti-mouse IgG2a diluted 1:100 as my
secondary reagent.  Followed by Vectastain Elite ABC and DAB chromogen. Hope
