Fluorescent labels for bone
From: | George Spurr <gspurr@interchange.ubc.ca> |
Histonetters,
I have received research samples of bone that were labeled invivo at
different times with oxytetracycline, Calcein, and Xylenol Orange. All 3
labels should appeaar in each bone sample.
Does anybody know
- what Excitation and Emission filters I should use for each of the
3 labels?
- Are these labels stable or depleted in daylight?
