DAB
From: | Luis Chiriboga <Luis.Chiriboga@med.nyu.edu> |
Thanks to all of you who replied to my IHC question. However, I think I
may have asked the question the wrong way. I guess what I really
wanted to know was if there is a way to remove the DAB from the tissue.
I imagine that the antibodies can be eluted off by washing the slides in
a salt solution of high ionic strength, similar to chromatographic
methods. I presume this will leave the DAB precipitate in place?
Any thoughts on this???
