Air dry, for 30 min to 1 hour, cold 4C acetone fix, 10 dips, air dry overnight,
stain the next day, no complaints on staining.  We did not bother to store them
in freezer (contrary to all my other IFA/frozen work!), rinse PBS, primary
for 30 min, PBS X 3 rinses, coverslip.  

If I stained the same day, I waited 30 min before staining, post acetone fix.
