I am going to stain paraffin sections with iNOS/NOS TYPE II.  The antibody I have is a polyclonal from Transduction Laboratories and the data sheet does not discuss IHC on paraffin, it mentions only western blot, immunoprecipitation and IF.  Does anyone have experience with this antibody on paraffin?

Any info would be appreciated.  Also, I don't know how to access the histonet archives, can someone help me with that?
