Dear everybody there,

I am trying to do immunohistochemical staining with mouse liver tissues to
see ND10 (Nuclear Domain 10), which are some dots in the nuclears.  I have
done a couple of test, but it seems that the fixation was not done properly
as there were no dots left, although my positive control for the staining
procedure worked fine.

I wonder if anybody outthere has had any experience in working with these
nuclear domain dots in tissue and could shed some light on how I can
preserve them and so on.

Any input will be very much appreciated.
