We use DAKO's mAb to bcl-2 (M0887) at a dilution of 1:200 for 30 minutes or 1:1,000 overnight with DAKO's EnVision+ detection system. We use HIER (either a vegetable steamer or a waterbath) and a high pH retrieval solution. R. Cartun
