Hi,
    We use Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval for 20 min. The primary we use
is from DAKO (N1577) it is a predilute, and LSAB2 for a detection kit.
Incubate in CD68 for 20 min then Link2 and Label2 each for 10 min. Use
uterus or colon for controls they are macrophage rich tissues.
