HI! We use eosin, dropped directly on the biopsies (cervical), then process as usual. Our GI biopsies and prostates are fixed in Hollande's, which contains picric acid and cupric acetate. This gives the tissues a yellow-green color, which allows for easy emabedding. Jeanne
