Hi Bill

Yes I have used both antibodies. They both work just as well. However the
Monosan one , has to be reconstituted and we kept it frozen. The antibody
does have a tendency to go off if kept at 4'C. The dilution factor was a
1:20 whereas the Zymed antibody was a predilute ( much easier!!1 :0). They
may have a concentrated form by now which would be more cost effective..
Zymed antibodies generally are very good. Hope this information is of help
