Paivi,
We have CoPath our lab, went "live" last year. There was a huge learning
curve for some of the staff, not quite so huge for others, but overall, we
really like it.  it has automated much of our workload, and has made the
billing functions in our department a breeze.  I will gladly be more
specific if you have more specific questions.
