Armstrong commercial tile makes a Premium Excelon Slip retardant vinyl
composition tile that works well so long as you keep the build up down to a
minimum. It also seems to be somewhat chemical resistant. We use a little
bit of solvent on a wire brush to remove build up and then the cleaning crew
just does the regular mopping.
