The question is which of the plastics have used or are you looking for a
plastic? GMA or JB-4 can not be removed from the tissue and will prevent
most if not all IHC staining. MMA, methylmethacrylate is the best for IHC.
Dr Neil Hand has several papers for the techniques and they are very good.
If I can help call me at 800-523-2575 Ext 134. Pam Marcum

Subject: Immuno on Plastic Sections

Does anyone have any experience doing immunohistochemistry on plastic
sections - especially those embedded at low temperature?
