Julie,
The Sakura tech support phone number is 1-800-725-8723.
The E-20 code may be the error code 20: Pressure cannot be achieved in
1 minute with the rotary valve closed. This code refers back to error
code 13: Unable to establish pressure or vacuum inside the retort.
Possible causes are loose retort latches; leaky retort gasket; or
loose/leaky lines.
From my experience, if paraffin gets into the small hole on the top,
left,
rear side of the retort, solutions will not pump in or out. this small
hole is where air is pumped in and out of the retort to move the
solutions
in/out. I've used a dropper to place some xylene in the hole and then
tried to clean it out with cotton tipped applicators. Repeat a few
times.
Then manually pump a station in and out to see if the clog will blow
itself
out.
Hope this helps.

Does anyone have a number for Sakura Tech support? I really appreciate it.
Or better yet, our VIP 3000 didn't run overnight and we have an error
message of E-20 but can't find a definition of this error. The only thing I
could see is that it ran for 13 minutes in the first formalin and then
stopped. the : lights were not flashing..which indicates it is
running...I'm in a quandry and have a machine full of blocks!!
Thanks
