I have a question about procedures. Is everything that is contained in a
manual a procedure? For example, do you have a review box on every set of
instructions such as table of contents, job duties, etc. 

My goal is to retype our manuals - just to make them fresh and new - and I
have had this question for years. I've looked at NACCLS instructions and
always leave them confused!!
