I'll be doind IHC on pig skin samples. My questions is: Is there a
difference when you cut your samples and let it dry only or when you cut
your samples, let dry and warm them in the slides warmer before doing IHC?
Do I always have to let them dry and warm them before doing IHC, is that
necessary?
Does anybody have a IHC protocol that is recommended? My primary Ab is
mouse anti-Hep B surface antigen. My secondary is goat anti-mouse IgG
(biotin). I purchased this kit from American Qualex, it uses strptavidin.
Also, I have as primary Ab rabbit anti-Hep B core antigen and as secondary
I have goat anti-rabbit IgG.
