Hi histonetters

I am looking for contact details for a company called TAGO that makes
antibodies. They are in Burlingham, CA. That is all the information I have.
If they have an agent in Australia...that would be even better!

Secondly...a colleague has bought a collagen IV antibody from Biogenex, cat
079M clone PHM-12 that stipulates its application for use only in frozen
sections; however, she needed it to work on formalin fixed paraffin
sections. We have tried antigen retrieval ( which we thought may help
unmask the antigenic sites) as well as enzyme digestion..with no luck. I do
know that the DAKO one works well, as I have used it, but as she already
has this antibody( waste not want not!!!)She thought someone out there in
Histoworld might have used this particular antibody on FFPET
(Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue).
Any takers!!!!

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!! :0)
Thanx in advance
