Hi Histonetters!
Anyone out there doing Alk Protein (for anaplstic large cell lymphomas) on the NexES/ES?  I have tried using Dako's antibody by steaming & decloaking in both EDTA 8.0 and Tris-urea 9.5 and with both the basic and enhanced DAB kit - no luck!  I am using a piece of tissue that was confirmed to be positive by an outside lab, so I don't think that is an issue.  Any suggestions?
