We do immunohistochemsitry routinely and with some
antibodies we need to do antigen retrieval.  There are
three treatments that we use.

1.  Treat in 88% Formic Acid

2.  Microwave

3.  Boil in citrate buffer

Some work better than others depending on the
antibody.  If you want more specific information let
