Dear all,

Does anyone out there have any experience in using histogel to retrieve
cells that have been grown up on coverslips? I tried but the cells didn't
come off the coverslip very well. Any suggestions? We would like to do
paraffin sections on these cells but they are very thin sheets of material
and they are hard to remove from the coverslip. I appreciate all of your help!!
