Hi Lynn,
I use Mount Quick mounting medium from Newcomer Supply (800-383-7799) cat # 6270A to transfer tissue from one slide to another...even on charged/polylysine slides. It works great! I am currently using it for IHC stains with no problems. If you want, I can fax you the protocol or if you call Newcomer they will send the protocol with the product - cost is about $12/tube.

Hey histonetters! Have another question for the group. Is there a way to
remove a 4 micron formalin fixed paraffin embedded section from a plus
slide after deparaffinization and keeping the section intact in order to be
able to stain it as a free floating section? Sure look forward to your
answers! Thanks all for your help.
Sincerely,
Lynn Gardner
