Our pathologists bill directly  through their own billing mechanisms.
If a global bill is generated for technical and professional : I have heard of
two ways that they are reimbursed:
1) The computer system figures out what percentage of the bill is professional
and it is reimbursed.
2) This is negotiated as part of a contract.
