Dear Vinnie
I use Zymeds Cyclin D1, Harsh microwave retrieval, (similiar to bcl-2), I
have an automated system so I incubate 32 min at 37 degrees, my control
slides are never more than a week old(oxidation affects the results) I have
used brain, tonsil, and lymphoma as controls). I f I can help in any other
way, please feel free to contact me. Dana Dittus
