We use DAKO Catalogue # Z0628 polyclonal S100 on rat and mouse tissue at a
concentration of 1:4000. for 30 minutes.   Pretreatment in Citra at 99C for 10
minutes is required.  If you would like a copy of the protocol, I would be glad
