Dako's rabbit anti cow S-100 polyclonal (Cat # Z 0311) will stain your rat
S-100. The antibody crossreacts with many species, including rats
(according to manufacturer) - and humans. I've never used it on rat tissue,
however was successful with mouse tissue, among others. Good luck!
