Luis,
I use the anti B-Galactosidase from Boehringer-Mannheim, cat# 1083 104.
dilution 1:100, incubate at room temp. for 10 minutes, demonstrate with
Dako Envision kit (secondary antibody, 10 min. RT)
We have used this antibody for a few years now and it works very nicely
and is consistant. Our tissues are fixed in 10% NBF and we do not use
any pretreatment (HEIR or enzymes).
