It's well worth getting hold of Vol 55 of the journal, because the
above paper is followed in the next issue (No. 6, pp 299-306) by
another paper from Gallyas's lab that gives detailed instructions
for "A reliable and sensitive method to localize terminal
degeneration and lysosomes in the central nervous system."
