88305 is the correct code.

This should be billed with modifier -22 and will be billed 'by report.'

Whether or not you can get any additional compensation will depend greatly 
upon the report and it's detailed description of the extensive amount of work 
performed and your negotiating skills with the patient's payor.

If it's Medicare there probably won't be any additional payment.
