Not again! This old chestnut is really getting
tiresome. Not only do I get the forwarded directly
from colleagues, now it is coming through on ALL of
the listservers and newsgroups. This is an internet
hoax, an urban legend. Visit About.com and check out
their guide to urban legends and internet hoaxes.
Just because something is reported in certain portions
of the newsmedia doesn't make it real. In fact, the
newsmedia is responsible for most of the
misinformation and disinformation floating around.
