I need some advice and guidance from experienced Histoneteers........Our
hospital is beginning sentinel node research.  I need some protocols for:
1.     Microtomy protocol for H&E for sentinel lymph nodes
2.     IHC protocol for sentinel lymph nodes
3.     Vectastain Universal Quick Kit protocol for rapid
Immunohistological staining for         sentinel lymph nodes
I am inexperienced in this field of study.  Any help or guidance will be
