Anybody out there doing Fink-Heimer methods for degenerating axons on free
floating sections of human brain? I've just started having a go and can't
suppress the normal axon staining, so all the axons are staining. The uranyl
nitrate powder I'm using is pretty old but can't really believe it would
have gone off.
I would appreciate any advice.
