Cytokeratin 5/6 on the Ventana

Has anyone run Boehringer-Mannheim Cytokeratin 5/6 on the Ventana ES?
My tech tells me she has tried everything and it doesn't work. The only
thing left is to go out and buy a Black and Decker steamer and try
again.
Any suggestions?
