Hi histonetters,

Once again I am tapping into the collective knowledge of the histonet. Has
anyone used Cathepsin B (this IS B and not D) on FFPE human tissue?

I am particularly interested in the staining pattern, as the spec sheet
provided does not give an indication as to whether the staining should be
membranous or nuclear. The vendor's technical services are not able to
assist me either, so its up to you guys!
Thanks in advance
Louise Taylor
